Shipping Policy – Swarna Raisins

General Information

At Swarna Raisins, we ensure that your orders are processed quickly and efficiently. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday from our warehouses in India. Most orders placed before 1 PM IST will be shipped the same day. If an order is placed after this time or on a Sunday/public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS within 24 hours. If you do not receive tracking details within 2 business days, please contact our support team at support@swarnaraisins.com.

Delivery Timelines

We deliver across India with the following estimated delivery times:

• Metro Cities: 2-3 business days
• Non-Metro Cities & Remote Locations:3-5 business days

Product Freshness

We prioritize freshness and quality. Each order is packed to ensure maximum shelf life so that you can enjoy our premium raisins at their best.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping for all orders above INR 999 within India.
• A flat shipping charge of INR 150 applies to orders below INR 999

Note: As raisins are perishable food items, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship directly outside India. However, Swarna Raisins is available on Amazon USA, where international customers can place orders.
