- Expired Product: If the product you received is past its expiration date.

How to Report an Issue
If you experience any of the above issues, please email us at product@swarnaraisins.com within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your order. When reaching out, kindly provide the following details:

- The name(s) of the item(s) in question.
- A clear picture of the product showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
We will endeavor to review your concern promptly and respond with a resolution at the earliest. Please note that complaints received beyond twenty-four (24) hours from the time of delivery will not be entertained.
Return Process
If your concern is found to be valid, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send any products back without first receiving the return shipping label and instructions, as such returns will not be accepted or processed.
Upon receipt of the returned package, we will conduct a physical inspection of the product. If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the value of the product in question. This coupon code can be used for future purchases on our website. Please note that no refunds in cash will be provided.
Non-Delivery of Order
If you have not received your order but have been notified via email or SMS that it has been delivered, please contact us at product@swarnaraisins.com within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the delivery notification. We will investigate the matter and address your concern appropriately.
